Harley Schuster — Rural Architecture Lead

Joining the JenRus Freelance staff as our Rural Architecture Lead to help spur rural housing and downtown building development, Harley Schuster joined the staff in 2022. She has her hand in many different directives including working for Echelon Architecture, the owner of North40 Architecture, and the co-founder of Rural ForwardRural Housing Non-Profit. Harley is paving an unprecedented path for rural architecture, winning the 2023 regional award for Under 30 Entrepreneur/Businessperson from the Kansas Department of Commerce.

Recently Schuster also became the Chief Financial Officer for JenRus Freelance and is integral in keeping order in the financial operations of the company

She is a native of Jewell County, Kansas, attended Superior Schools, and has a Master’s of Architecture degree from Kansas State University.
